La mia prima installazione del 1980 si chiamava Ex-Statica. Dopo 23 anni ho dato, senza ricordarmelo, lo stesso titolo a una grande installazione. Il concetto dell’estasi ha sempre lavorato sotterraneamente dentro di me, e tuttora continua. Ho impaginato 5 grandi arazzi digitali, rappresentanti ognuno un mandala con i simboli delle cinque religioni principali. Ma avrebbero potuto essere di più, uno per ogni forma religiosa o animistica che l’uomo ha elaborato. Un quadro riuniva il fulcro di ogni mandala, con al centro il cuore, carne mistica dove convergono sangue e movimenti dell’anima.     My first installation in 1980 - was entitled Ex-Statica. After 23 years I gave, without remembering it, the same title to a new large installation. The concept of Ecstasy has always kept working deep inside of me, and it still does. I have assembled 5 large digital tapestries- each as a mandala representing the five main religions with their symbols . But I might have made more of them, one for every religious or animistic form that man has elaborated. A painting held the fulcrum of every mandala together and at its centre the heart, the mystical meat, where blood and the movements of the soul converge.
